Allegiant Calls Return and Refund Policy

At Allegiant Calls, we take great pride in producing high-quality, handcrafted waterfowl calls and accessories. Each product is built to meet our rigorous standards, and because our products are designed for performance, once a call or accessory has been used, it can no longer be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns on used items.

Returns and Exchanges for Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. After 15 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. To begin the process, email us at allegiantcalls@gmail.com with a description of the defect and photos if applicable. We will review your claim and provide you with next steps.

Leather Duck Totes
We understand that our Leather Duck Totes will be put to the test in the field, and sometimes issues can arise during a hunting season. For this reason, we offer a more flexible return policy for totes. If you encounter any defects, you have up to 60 days to contact us. We recommend using the tote in actual hunting conditions, and if any issues arise, simply send us an email. We’ll do everything we can to make it right, ensuring that you're satisfied with the durability and quality of our products. While we aim to be fair and reasonable, please reach out as soon as possible to address any concerns.

All Hunting and Competition Calls
All our calls are handmade, with many made to order. Due to the craftsmanship involved, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective upon receipt. If a defect is found, please contact us within 15 days for an exchange or refund.

Apparel
For Allegiant Calls brand apparel, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Please double-check your sizing and details before making a purchase.

False Defect Claims
If a product is returned claiming to be defective and it is determined that no defect is present, the item will be returned to you, and no refund or exchange will be issued. Attempts to falsely claim defects will not be honored.

Custom Engraved Products
All custom engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless a defect is present upon delivery.
